Students enrolled in the College of Business may pursue a minor in another field of buisiness. Students may apply one "principles course" in the major (Economics minors may count ECON 202 and 312) to the minor, as well as six (6) hours of business electives. The other nine (9) hours required for the completion of a minor degree will be in addition to the requirements for the major.

Accounting: (18 hours)

Accounting 202, 303; and 12 hours of 300- or 400-level Accounting courses to complete the 18 hours.

Business Leadership: (18 hours)

Management 310, 360, 415, 440, and 6 additional hours selected from two of the following courses: Business 425, Management 340, 470, Marketing 307, 425.

Computer Information Systems: (18 hours)

CIS 310, 315; and 12 hours of 300- or 400-level CIS courses to complete the 18 hours.

Economics: (18 hours)

Economics 202, 312; and 12 hours of 300- or 400-level Economics courses to complete the 18 hours.

Finance: (18 hours)

Finance 318; and 15 hours of 300- or 400-level Finance courses to complete the 18 hours.

Management: (18 hours)

Management 310; and 15 hours of 300- or 400-level Management courses to complete the 18 hours. (Management 333 cannot be used for credit in the minor.)

Marketing: (18 hours)

Marketing 300; and 15 hours of 300- or 400-level Marketing courses to complete the 18 hours.

A student must earn a grade of C or better in each course applied toward meeting the requirements of a minor. This requirement is applicable to new undergraduates students (freshmen or transfers) whose initial enrollment is Fall 2003 or quarters thereafter. In addition, at least 50% of the courses applied toward the minor must be taken at Louisiana Tech.

Sustainable Supply Chain Management (18 hours)

Management 333, Management 460, Management 474, Management 476, Management 477, and one of the following courses: CIS 325, ACCT 308, ENTR 460, ECON 485, FINC 485.

A student must earn a grade of C or better in each course applied toward meeting the requirements of a minor.
