- How do I send a zip file through email?
- To send a zipped file through our email security system, follow these steps:
- Using a program such as Winzip or Filezip, compress the files into a zipped file.
- Then zip them again and add a password.
- The scanning program can read a zipped files table of contents, so you must double zip the file and encrypt it.
- Who do I call when you need help in a classroom?
- For College of Business classrooms, call extension 4387.
The Helpdesk is staffed at 8:00 AM each morning. While there may be some gaps in coverage during the day due to class schedules, but whenever possible, someone is there to help solve your problem.
- There are no phones in the classroom, how do I call for help?
- While we would like to have telephones in the classrooms, installing new phones on Tech campus is extremely expensive, so we recommend a creative solution: get the students to help. Chances are someone in the class has a cell phone. If you don't have a cell phone yourself, ask one of the students with a cell phone to call 257-4387 for you.
