The management doctoral program focuses on developing students to succeed in research, instruction, and service. We accomplish this by integrating doctoral students with faculty from the beginning of their program and immersing them in the research process. They then receive guidance concerning how to prepare for their first classroom experience and are supported throughout their teaching activities. Our goal at the end of your program is that you will have well developed instructional capabilities and proven research capabilities, as illustrated by publications.
