- Completed Graduate Application form
- Non-refundable application fee (Amount on Application for Admission)
- Official academic transcripts
- Official academic diplomas
- Completed educational background sheet
- Completed Affidavit of Support (International Students Only)
- TOEFL score report of 550 or higher Score on the Graduate Management Admissions Test
- 3 letters of recommendation for doctoral applicants only
- Submit a personal resume for doctoral applicants only.
All fees are subject to change without notice. I-20's for International students will be issued to accepted students only. International Student Advisor: Dan Erickson (318) 257-4321.
Your application for admission will be processed only when all of the required credentials are on file. You will be notified of the decision by letter.
