  • The Center for Real Estate Studies was established in 1985 with a grant from the Louisiana Real Estate Commission for the purpose of providing professional and practical assessment of real estate issues in Louisiana, the region, and the nation. Through education, research, and outreach efforts, current issues and future concerns in real estate are identified and analyzed. The Center serves as a resource to government and business, and as a focal point for research and educational projects of faculty members, both in real estate and in allied disciplines. The Center for Real Estate Studies is dedicated to continuing its role as the leader in real estate education, research, and service.
