• Is not older than 23 when education commences on August 1, 2005
• Has good theoretical basic training, such as A level, basic training in economics, e.g. BS in business economics, market economist, or equivalent
• Has drive and a high level of energy
• Can work independently as well as being a team player
• Takes initiative and is goal oriented
• Is flexible and persistent in his/her work method
• Has good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Masters both written and oral English
